I try not to eat after 6pm. If I get hungry in the evening, I eat a piece of fruit or a half serving of cereals with warm soy milk. Often, I crave something warm in the cold times and the warm bowl of cereals works really well.<br /><br />The second thing I do is to drink lots of green tea throughout the day. Sometimes I drink just hot water. My tummy is always craving warmth. Warm liquids are very comforting and as you know green tea is particularly helpful with weight loss. hang in there.
